My cooker's condemned!

Last week the gas board finally condemned my lovely, 70's cooker! They said it was leaking carbon monoxide and it had to go! :-(
Very sad, and also blooming annoying as I now have nothing to cook on...... Thinking 'that's OK, now you can just eat takeaways'? No, my friend lent me a double electric ring set so now I'm having to prepare meals on something little hotter than a match flame!
We've been looking at new cookers, can't decide whether to just do up the whole kitchen at the same time. But there are only so many meals you make with a microwave/hot ring combo till then!

Went to a digital scrap booking course last week, really interesting. The kids bought me Adobe Photoshop for my birthday, and hadn't had much luck in using it. But the course at Imagine That scrap booking shop in Upminster showed me how to crop photos, use layers and add interesting stuff to my photos! Result! Now I just need to get some time on the computer to use the techniques!
